"I use quite a few Rivet Nuts on projects, and needed to replenish my 1/4-20 stainless steel stock that was running low. Primarily I use 1/4-20 and 5/16-18 rivet nuts, with smaller sizes and metric thrown in the mix depending on the project. These rivet nuts are very good quality, They measure 9/16" body length x 3/8" body width, 1/2" head width, and 5/16" grip length and are made from 304 Stainless Steel, which will help corrosion and rust resistance. The threads are clean and they compress very well. The knurling is excellent quality and grabs onto the metal you are working with, preventing any movement in the nut after securing your bolt."
"This 5☆ review is for the Bomcoo Store 1/4" x 20 stainless steel flathead knurled rivet nut. These are nice rivnuts. They are made from stainless steel so they can be used outdoors without the worry of rust or corrosion. The threads are very clean and don't have any shavings or burrs left behind from their machining. These rivnuts were easy to install into the holes that I had drilled for them and when i was screwing in the 1/4" x 20 screws the rivnuts stayed in place without turning. For the price paid you are getting a great value for your money."
"These acorn nuts look fantastic, especially because of the 304 stainless steel material that was used to make them. I expect that they will resist corrosion for quite a while.I think the cost/benefit ratio is really good. I didn't have any trouble installing them on the stainless steel threaded rod so I am quite pleased. I cut my own materials and I didn't want to spend a lot of time fooling with deburring the edges. I used a regular nut prior to making each cut and backed it off to straighten out the threads. These went on without any trouble and it looks fantastic."
