1. Shipping Origin & Fulfillment
- Direct Orders: Orders placed on bomcoofasteners.com are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Hubei, China.
- Local Orders (Amazon): For fast 2-5 day delivery, please use the "BUY ON AMAZON" link provided on product pages.
2. Delivery Estimates
- United States: 10 – 15 business days.
- Japan: 5 – 8 business days.
- International: 12 – 20 business days.
3. Customs & Duties Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. BOMCOO is not responsible for delays due to customs.
--- RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY ---
1. Return Window You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact support@bomcoofasteners.com with your order number. For standard fasteners, we may offer a replacement or credit instead of a physical return to save on international shipping costs.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal).
