1. Shipping Locations and Fulfillment
To serve our global customers most effectively, we operate two distinct fulfillment models:
- Website Direct Orders: All orders placed directly on bomcoofasteners.com are shipped from our central manufacturing facility in Hubei, China.
- Amazon Partner Orders: For urgent needs requiring fast local delivery, we recommend using the "BUY ON AMAZON" button on our product pages. These items are fulfilled from local Amazon warehouses in the United States and Japan.
2. Estimated Shipping Times (Website Direct Orders)
For orders shipped from our China facility, the following estimated delivery times apply:
- United States: 10 – 15 business days.
- Japan: 5 – 8 business days.
- International (Other Regions): 12 – 20 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Shipping Costs
- Calculated Rates: Shipping costs for website orders are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the fasteners and the destination.
- Free Shipping: We may offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding a specific value (e.g., $50+). Check the banner at the top of our store for current promotions.
4. Order Processing Time
We strive to process and package all orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International Orders: For orders shipped from China, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
- Fees: Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the shipment reaches the recipient's country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Missing or Damaged Shipments
